A celebration of life!

I live in Whistler, Canada and today I'm going out skiing.
But, today is no ordinary skiing day.
Today I'm celebrating that I bit more than one year ago decided to save myself.
I was killing myself and my spirit with self-hatred and abuse and I finally decided to let myself go out of my choke.
I wanted to help save the world and be there for others, but first I had to save myself.
Today, I thank myself for reaching out to the dying girl inside.
My love grew stronger than my hate.
Today, I celebrate my choice to live life instead of taking the path of duty.
Today it's snowing and I'm going skiing.
And, I can breathe.

Real people

This is something I get back to all the time - real people.
People who are good inside out but never accept shit from anyone.
People who dares to speak up and say what they have to say.
I used to be that way and I want to bring those traits of mine back into the light again.
Be the loving woman who never shuts up when I have something to say, but who don't waste words.
Be the woman who doesn't compromise herself away.
Be the woman who lives by the changes I want to see in the world.
It's all about the love.
The love for all of myself and all of us.
I'm going to get connected again.
I know the way.
I just have to commit to the walk.
It all down to choice.
And, courage.
After that it's effortless.
Just be real.

Think again, mate..

I get so furious with people who just don't understand that they are bullying others. Intelligent people who really deep inside are beautiful and kind but just got lost in their own lack of self-worth and think it's ok to tell others that they are less of a man or woman than they are. When really saying a thing like that tells us more about the bully and his or her insecurities than anything else. 

Love to everyone out there, but today especially to those who stays real no matter what, always speaks up when they have something important to say, but never feels the need to be superior of others. And, to all of you who everyday have to face a bully - keep your head high, be brave, love every bone in your body and trust me that the...re are real friends
